高温窑炉远红外辐射节能涂料是一种用于工业窑炉的高效节能环保新产品，可直接喷涂在各种高温窑炉的耐火材料表面，或者蒸汽锅炉水冷壁管的表面，形成一层坚硬的陶瓷釉面硬壳，起到保护炉体、延长炉龄、有效反射炉膛内红外热能的作用。它显著提高炉膛内的热传递效果，减少黑油排放，节约燃料消耗5%～35%，非常适合300℃以上的工业窑炉使用。

　　高温红外复合涂料含有多种红外辐射材料，在远红外、中红外、近红外各波段均有很高的红外辐射光谱发射率和优良的技术特性，涂覆于炉膛内表面可获得显著节能效果，具有提高辐射传热能力，减少炉外壁散热损失，提高炉体使用寿命，提高炉体气密性，减少高温气体外逸而造成的热量损失等特点。

　　高温节能涂料由耐火粉料、过渡金属氧化物、增黑剂、烧结剂和悬浮剂等组成的黏稠悬浮流体，喷刷在工业炉窑内壁上，形成0.3～0.5mm的涂层，是一种新型节能材料。它比一般的远红外涂料具有更高的使用温度和经济价值，在轧钢加热炉内应用该涂料，可节约燃料，保护炉衬表面，延长炉子使用寿命，提高炉子热效率，缩短烘炉时间，提高被加热件的加热速度和炉子作业率。目前，国外普遍使用的节能涂料其成分主要为SiC粉，而国内除此之外，还研制开发了其他系列节能涂料。采用高温节能涂料的加热炉一般可获得节能0.7%～2%和提高炉子生产率20%～28%的经济效果。

　　高温辐射涂料又称高温远红外涂料(HTEE)。远红外线是一种肉眼看不见的热光，在600℃以下辐射元件能够辐射出远红外线，在600℃以上也有远红外线辐射。远红外线用于高温金属热处理也是可行的。要制得高温远红外辐射涂科，必须寻找高辐射率的材料。试验表明二氧化锆(ZrO2)、三氧化二铁(Fe2O3)、三氧化二铬(Cr2O3)、二氧化硅(SiO2)是用来制作高温远红外辐射涂料的好原料。用这些原料制成的辐射涂料，在600～1000℃时平均辐射率为0.85，符合金属在这个温度范围内的吸收系数，因而可以提高加热效果。高温涂料是一种高辐射率的耐热材料，用这种材料涂于火焰炉的内壁，可增大炉子内壁的黑度，其作用是强化炉内热交换过程。
